Our offerings include but are not limited to handcrafted skincare products including moisturizers, cleansers, serums, and body care items; personal styling and accessory consultation services both virtually and in-person; beauty and wellness guidance and education; educational content related to skincare, beauty, and personal empowerment; and curated luxury accessories and beauty tools.

3. COMPREHENSIVE PRODUCT DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATIONS
Skincare and Beauty Product Disclaimers: All skincare and beauty products offered by Allure & Essence are intended for cosmetic purposes only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, medical condition, or skin disorder. Results from our skincare products may vary significantly between individuals based on numerous factors including but not limited to skin type, skin condition, age, genetics, lifestyle, environmental factors, application method, frequency of use, and individual skin sensitivity. We make no guarantees or warranties regarding the specific results you may experience from using our products.

Patch Testing and Safety Requirements: We strongly recommend and require that all users perform a patch test before first use of any new product. To conduct a patch test, apply a small amount of the product to a clean area of skin (such as the inner wrist or behind the ear) and wait 24-48 hours to observe any reaction. Scope and Nature of Consultation Services: All consultation services provided by Allure & Essence, including but not limited to the Final Touch Luxe Consultation, Express Virtual Accessory Consultation, Virtual Final Touch Luxe Consultation, In-Person Final Touch Luxe Consultation, and VIP Luxe Consultation Experience, are strictly for styling, beauty guidance, and aesthetic enhancement purposes only. These services are not medical, therapeutic, psychological, or counseling services in any capacity. Our recommendations are based solely on aesthetic preferences, personal style enhancement, and beauty consultation expertise, and are not intended to address any medical, health, or therapeutic needs or conditions.

5. COMPREHENSIVE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND DAMAGES
General Liability Limitations: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Allure & Essence: Embracing Timeless Beauty, LLC, its owners, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our website, products, or services. This includes but is not limited to damages for loss of profits, business interruption, loss of data, personal injury, property damage, or any other commercial damages or losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Product-Specific Liability Limitations: We do not warrant or guarantee that our skincare or beauty products will meet your specific individual needs, expectations, or desired results. We make no representations about the suitability of our products for any particular purpose beyond their intended cosmetic use. You acknowledge that individual skin reactions and results vary significantly, and you assume all risk associated with the use of our products. We specifically disclaim any warranty that our products will prevent, treat, or cure any skin condition or provide any specific cosmetic benefit.
 

6. DETAILED RETURN, EXCHANGE, AND REFUND POLICY
Product Return Policy: Due to the personal nature of skincare and beauty products and for health and safety reasons, all sales of skincare products, body care items, and beauty products are final unless the product is defective, damaged during shipping, or significantly different from what was described on our website. Products that are eligible for return must be unused, unopened, in original packaging, and returned within 7 days of the original purchase date. 

Return Process and Requirements: To initiate a return, you must contact our customer service team at contact@allureandessence.com within the specified return period. You will need to provide your order number, reason for return, and photographic evidence if claiming the product is defective or damaged. Once your return request is approved, you will receive detailed instructions for returning the product. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Products must be returned in the same condition as received, and we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return policy requirements.

Consultation Service Refund Policy: Due to the personalized nature of consultation services and the time and expertise involved in providing these services, all consultation fees are generally non-refundable once the consultation has been completed. However, if you cancel your consultation with at least 24 hours ' advance notice, you may be eligible for a full refund or the option to reschedule. Cancellations made with less than the required notice period may result in forfeiture of the entire consultation fee. In extraordinary circumstances, partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Allure & Essence management.

7. AGE RESTRICTIONS, CAPACITY, AND PARENTAL CONSENT
Minimum Age Requirements: You must be at least 18 years of age to make purchases from our website, engage our consultation services, or enter into any agreement with Allure & Essence. The "Allure & Essence" name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of our company. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any of our content without express written permission.

User-Generated Content and Submissions: Any content you submit to our website, including but not limited to reviews, testimonials, photographs, comments, suggestions, or feedback, becomes the property of Allure & Essence and may be used by us for any business purpose, including marketing, advertising, and promotional activities. By submitting content, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content in any media. You represent and warrant that any content you submit is your own original work and does not infringe upon the rights of any third party.
